A one-day conference that kept 415 people opening one app, again and again.

When the Great Place To Work® Conference needed its agenda to feel as alive as its stage, it ran on Layup — turning sessions, quizzes, games and a live leaderboard into a single experience delegates kept coming back to.

The brief

Make a conference agenda something people choose to open.

Great Place To Work® brought HR, L&D and business leaders from across Sri Lanka and the region together for a conference on culture, leadership and people practices — and ran it on Layup as a single engagement layer for session recaps, quizzes, games, a resource library and a live leaderboard, active days before the doors even opened.

The goal wasn't attendance — it was participation. The results below are pulled directly from the platform's own usage logs for the conference window.

delegates were onboarded to Layup for the conference — and 415 of them logged in and used it.

Beyond the conference

The same platform that ran a conference floor is built to run an organization.

A one-day event is a compressed test of everything a learning platform has to get right — and Layup passed it at conference scale. The same mechanics apply directly to ongoing programs.
